Inspection dates are 3/11/26 4:00pm-6:00pm & 3/15/26 3:00pm-5:00pm. Bidding starts March 16, 2026 @ 12 pm and bidding starts closing out March 24, 2026 @ 1 pm. Lots will close in sequence, with two (2) lots closing every 45 seconds. A two (2) minute auto extend will be on vehicles then it will drop down to a one (1) minute extend on all other items. A MAX BID CAN BE SET FOR AN ITEM! When you place a bid, you can enter the maximum amount you want to pay for an item, and the system will automatically bid on your behalf. Pick-Up: Pick up location is at 8518 S Kays Chapel Rd, Fredericksburg, IN on 3/26/26 @ 4:00pm - 8:00pm & 3/27/26 @ 3:00pm - 8:00pm & 3/28/26 @ 10:00am-2:00pm VEHICLES WILL BE PICKED UP BY APPOINTMENT Firearms to be picked up at Pleasure Ridge Firearms located at 845 Feller Rd NW, Corydon, IN 47112. Pleasure Ridge Firearms charges a $30 transfer fee per firearm. Buyers are responsible for removing their purchased item(s) during the designated pick-up times. A paid invoice and valid photo ID are required at the time of pick-up. Buyers of vehicles will be contacted after auction to set up payment method and appointment for pickup. Invoice Payment: An email will be sent to you with a link to pay for your items online. A 3% convenience fee will be added for online card payments. If you prefer to pay at pickup please make arrangements by emailing Jillian@WardAuctionServices.com. Accepted payment types are cash (please bring the exact amount due) or cashier's check payable to Ward Auction Services. Personal checks will not be accepted. If you are purchasing a vehicle with a cashier's check please allow 3 business days for it to clear. Any invoices greater than $2500 require cash or certified check payments.
