Indiana sales tax of 7% will be added to all invoices excluding real estate and vehicle which will be paid to the BMV. PICK UP- Pick up will be on June 4th 4pm-7pm & June 5th 4pm-7pm Buyers are responsible for removing their purchased item(s) during the designated pick-up times. A paid invoice and valid photo ID are required at the time of pick-up. Buyers of vehicles will be contacted after auction to set up payment method and appointment for pickup.  A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bids. The buyer’s premium, together with the final bid amount, will also constitute the total purchase price of Real Estate. (Example: Hammer Bid Price $100,000 plus 10% buyer’s Premium equals Contract Purchase Price of $110,000) A non-refundable down payment, 10% of the Purchase Price (Final Bid + Buyer’s Premium), in the form of cash, check, or wired funds in USD are due next business day following the auction, balance due in 40 days.
